| For the time that went into planning and researching of this trip |
| The trip started at approx 1030 am in Nathrop Co. The group Consisted of 2 Jeeps And 2 Rangers. The plan was to procede to the town of St Elmo for a brief period ofrecreation and shopping. Dennis told me to bring some Sunflower seeds to feed the natives. My 4 year old son really got a kick out of em ...the chipmunks that is.. |

| Then it was off to concour Hancock Pass..We proceded on the trail up the pass with a brief stop at the Allie Belle mine ..where one of our Jeepers took a minor spill and scraoed up his knee and hand..After some minor first aid a few pictures we were on our way.. |
| As we made oue way up to the summit the trail became a little more difficult..and on the way up we were delayed by an older couple having Jeep troubles ...ie starter ..We gave em a push and they got it goin agian...Whoah u shoulda seen those bald tires...finally we reached the summit. Im guessing around 12,500 Elev |

| On the way to Tomichi Pass Next...Near the Tommichi trail we ran into a group on quads who advised us not to take that route due to slides there last week..We all decided to opt out and head over to the Alpine tunnel..Once at the tunnel we got to experience some awesome views and tha aspens changing..WHAT A VIEW !!!!!! |

| After Alpine Tunnel we Proceded on mostly dirt roads to the town of Pitkin then to the Ohoi General store to have a look back and a Drawing for a Trails ilistrated Map Of the area THANKS TO HAPPYJACK for the map...or injured Jeeper form Denver won the drawing...Then to Sergants via Hwy 50 for air and then the group headed to home...All In All it was a verry fun and sucessful trip ONCE AGIAN THANKS DENNIS !!!!!!!!!!!! |
