A few general things to help you once in the room and rules you must abide by.
1: Never swear and be polite
2: All staff members are there to help you, but please be patient as they also like to play and have a lot of duties to perform sometimes
3: The hosting TD will use yellow prefixed by TD so if you need help with that tourney or have a problem ask that TD for help.
4: The room has Admin's who type in yellow, prefixed by Admin, if you have a problem regarding conduct please ask admin for help.
5: Never advertise another site or room as you will be banned
6: We have several lady players they will be treated with respect as they are here to play and to chat amongst friends, anyone caught harassing them for sexual chat or with smart comments like girls shouldn't play snooker will find there stay in with us short lived.
7: Please do not go into other rooms public or league, and bad mouth other leagues, it serves no useful purpose and gives our league a bad name.
8: Please refrain from constantly asking the TD when the tourney will start they either give a time or say asap in their spams and they have many other tasks to perform.
9: You are not allowed more than one name on the league should you ask for a second invite and make a second name it will be found and you risk loosing both accounts and your stats with them, should you want a new account then you must withdraw your other one first, if you want your stats saved and transffered do nothing until you have spoken to any league admin.
10: Some seem to think it is easy to cheat to get your stats up on gamedesire, this is not the case as they monitor results of games closely, and should we find anyone cheating they will be reported to gamedesire, and if HTD will be dropped to TD if a TD will be dropped to a member and EVERYONE who is caught will be boxed from tournaments for 14 days. Should you be foolish enough to try and make another name to get over this type of ban you will be banned from room access for 30 days.
15: There is now a set complaints procedure to follow, and if not followed your complaint will not be considered. First all complaints must be accompanied by screen shots as evidence of what was said, these must not be edited in any way and must show both sides of the conversation along with full room headers NOT just the chat box area. There is also a time limit to when a complaint will be valid, it should be submitted within 24 hours, after 3 days it will not even be looked at. You should send your screen shots to all or any 1 league admin, if sent to 1 league admin they will take action upon receiving it and they will also send a copy to all the other league admins, should it need further discussion the league admin will talk to the others asap.
Anyone who is reported for breaking the above rules will be spoken to and if it continues could find themselves facing disciplinary action, unless the action they take results in an immediate ban/mute.
