Christmas Belen

I. Objectives:
- To be able to construct a christmas belen using the forms of conic sections.
II. Description: Christmas ornament
III. Materials:
- clay,wire,bbq sticks or wood
IV. Procedure:
1.From the bodies by shaping the clay either into a parabola or an ellipse;Form the head by shaping the clay into a circle or an ellipse
2.Attach the head to the body by using wire or bbq stick.
3.When all the figures are finished (three Kings,Mama Mary St.Joseph,sheep etc.)place them in the wooden stable.
V. Applications/Uses:
Decoration during christmas season.
