Capt. Billy Pettigrew was born in Daytona Beach, Florida. He has been fishing since he was 2 years old. When he was twelve years old he had his own boat and fished different areas around Vousia and Flagler County. Pettigrew has been fishing for over twenty years in the Volusia County area. He has learned many different fishing patterns and how to locate and catch fish. Now he wants to take you fishing so you can learn how to catch fish. Children, Novice, and Exprienced fishermen are always welcome aboard! |
