Ron's Testimony
| My name is Ron.I am a born again
Christian , and feel an inward desire to do something for the Lord, because He has done so
much for me! It is my desire to use this space for Christ and share studies in His Word to
encourage believers, and lead others to Jesus who may not know Him. In 1982 I gave my life to
Christ and went to Bible School to study for the Ministry. It was the most joyful time of
my life. God miraculously answered many prayers in our lives as we endevoured to live and
serve Him. After I graduated a few years passed by and during that time I felt I had
disappointed the Lord and gave up on myself and on Him because I had failed Him. I started
walking far from God I felt that God did not or could not use me anymore . My life fell
apart , marriage , family, everything. All because I had a wrong picture of Jesus. Finally
one Sun. morning in Colo. Sprngs, Co. I knelt by my bed in a hotel room And asked God to
forgive me of my sin and come back in my life. PRAISE THE LORD! HE DID! He took me back as
a loving Heavenly Father, and showed me He was there all the time never leaving me but
ready to love and forgive me! I asked God to guide me to a Church that morning to go to
and I picked one out of the yellow pages and called for directions. The pastors wife said
they were having a tent meeting and that they were having a special singing group.
PennView Bible Institute- 1600 miles away from home -The very little Bible School I had
attended 17 years before! God Is still on the Throne!! What a miracle ! Out of all the
cities in the U. S. they could have been at God had them in that tent meeting just for me
! Since then He has been bringing My heart and life back together and to Him. I share this
to give you encouragement in Jesus. Maybe you have walked away from God and you no longer
feel He cares for you or that you're too bad- He still LOVES you and He's right beside you
wanting you ! He's the Living Loving Heavenly Father! Praise the name of JESUS!!! He's
just a prayer away. |
