Ceation of online (electronic / digital) public library linked with UNESCO and National Library databases

Central to the network of Latin American organisations must be a library or digital archives. Following discussions with UNESCO in Paris and work on a national library advisory body, one option would be to coordinate a 'distributed library'. Each resource (file) is stored on three independent servers in different geographical locations. One of these servers would be that of the National library of the relevant republic.
