| Hi everybody I am Sree Valli Priyanka Reddy, 11 years old and studying in Primary-5 at Balestier Hill Primary School. My brother Kalyana Venkata Sesha Reddy who is 16 years old and studing in Secondary-4 at Bendemeer Secondary School. We go to school on our own every day using public transportation. Ours is morning school this year. We study Hindi as our second language in the school. I opted for Girls Brigade as a part of my CCA program and my brother too opted for Badmitton at our schools. We like our school and Singapore. Our father is Prabhakar Reddy and works as an export manager in a electronics company and our mother is Rama Devi and is a house wife. Our grand parents are Abba-Subba Reddy & Jaaegi-Ramakka while Thaatha-Rama Subba Reddy, Avva-Lakshmi Narayanamma and our Doctor Avva too.They all live in Proddatur a little town in Cuddapah District of Andhra Pradesh.Our Jaaegi helps in runnig a temple - Sri Poothuluri Veera Bramhaaendra Swaamula Vaari Matam - where a part of it ,Sri Raaja Raajeeswari Devi Sannidhi, was contributed to by our father while our Thaatha and Doctor Avva helps running an aashramam "Vishwa Prema Vruddha Sharanalayam" for neglected aged old people which is also by the side of the temple and both these are in the serene vicinity on the banks of Penna river. They are very happy in doing this service and enjoy their work.We visited the temple and the aashramam when we went to India during our year end holidays in December'06 and felt very nice. We have our cousins Teja and Bubby who live with our Chinnamma-Aunty and Chinnanna-Uncle in Cupertino, USA. They visited us in Singapore early '03.We enjoyed spending time with them and shoping around Singapore.. We have two Maamalu-Uncles and Atthalu- Aunts and a Chinnamma-Aunt of which all except the elder uncle are living with our grand parents in India. We have a Maradalu-Niece Rohini Reddy and a Maridi Kiran Reddy too living in India. Bye for now. More updates and pictures comming soon. |
| Our Singapore is a wonderful country and called as Garden City.This is one of the best and cleanest cities in the world.Tamil is one of the National Languages in Singapore. There are many temples in Singapore. We have a Little India too where mummy buys Jasmine flowers all round the year and Banagaanapallay Mangoes in the season |
| We visit our grandparents in India every year in December during our holidays.We always fly on Singapore Airlines and we enjoy playing video games watching movies and eating delicious Indian food.My brother likes Mario Brothers video game and he play the same game every year. We love our exciting Indian trip to our beautiful home town visiting our grand parents and relatives |
