As Reddry once again tried to explain to Zude, it seemed the only worries on Zudes mind were the well being of the Alliance and the stability of the guild. He didnt seem really hear the problem or want to solve it, he just acted as if he could wish it away. Reddry at this point being very disappointed in his leadership and making a rational and silent protest told Sahra and Mezary the time was now to leave.
Hoping that this would finally get the message across of the lack of respect Gwennith and Willholm had towards her and the girls and perhaps waking up Zude that in leadership its not just about the good times but also taking up the problems when you lead a group.
Both Mezary and Sahra stood in front of Reddry now all packed. They all took one last long look around the Guilds house each of them with their own memories and each with a solemn face. Reddry finally broke the silence We had no home once and were taken in and the good times and the respect for those who were called friends will always be cherished within our hearts, what is was is no more and I fear it will never be again. Its time for us to separate ourselves from what it has become. Now if Gwennith and Willholm still have it in mind to attack us she will have to do it privately and this battle will no longer effect those we care about. If the guild flourishes I wish it well and if it crumbles let it be on those who allowed it.
The three sisters each toss their saddlebags upon their horses and mount. Each with hope for the future but knowing, only knowing that as long as they have each other all is well in the world and they a power of three. As well each hoping now that Gwennith and Willholm will respect their wishes and the simple request to not talk to them a word as the family of the Bridewell is now like two branches of a tree each growing in a different direction.
Reddry says these last words, as they are about to embark Lets hope by this action of ours that the tension of some friendships now have a chance to mend and we nay have battle anymore amidst our and only with the Hibs and Mids. With respect and honor in our hearts to guide us. Reddry kicks her horse softly and leads her sisters to new adventures. |
