Bad Taste memorial Red Dress run.
BT usually does this each year for his birthday on 20 December and this year Diane, his wife and son Zak wanted to have it at their place. MB and Zak went out and set the run on the Tuesday night they dropped into Homebrew's and had a beer and the Star and Garter pub for another beer and we were wondering where they were at 10:30 pm!!!
We had the run around Richmond with the small but dedicated group and raised monies for the Intensive Care Unit at Nelson Hospital. The run was on Wednesday 17th December and amount raised was $430:25 plus 1 sauce sachet and 2 foreign currency coin! OK for a Wednesday night, 2 pubs and 1 mall.
Diane wanted to do red food and went the whole way with cherios, beetroot,red cabbage coleslaw, corned beef, toms and I had done some red jelly shots, had the 'red' tipsy cherries and made a red sangria punch!!!! Lots of fun and rather a late night to usual standards!
