RE: SR3 and Request for an "A" Grade
The purpose of this memo is to request the grade of "A" for the EVOC
518 course in which I am currently officially enrolled at CSU San Bernardino
for the Winter Quarter, 2006. I believe
I have earned an "A" grade because I have:
1.
Submitted a “Hotlink”
to my website of my completed Portfolio before the date indicated in the EVOC
518 E-TEXT.
2.
Completed all of the EVOC 518 assignments to the standards
indicated in the EVOC 518 E-TEXT.
3.
Included an "Upgrade Indicator" for each one of the nine
Written Reports.
4.
Completed both of the media (PowerPoint) presentations indicated
in the EVOC 518 E-TEXT.
5.
Completed two of the Extra Mile Bonus Activities and included
those with my EVOC 518 Portfolio.
6.
Completed a Course Evaluation and e-mailed that to the EVOC 518
instructor on
7.
Already started to use the materials in my portfolio and I intend
to continue updating those materials and adding additional materials to that
portfolio for as long as I continue to teach.
