I have subscribed to the EVOC 502/3 E-TEXT
and reviewed all of the materials relating to both the EVOC 502 and EVOC 503
course assignments. I am submitting this memo to verify:
(1) I meet the requirements for
admission to CSU San Bernardino, I have applied for admission as a regular
student there for the Winter Quarter, beginning January 3, 2005, and I will
officially register (or have officially registered) in Section 12345 01 of the
Saturday EVOC 502 course and Section 12346 01 of the Saturday EVOC 503 course.
(2) I have the prerequisite skills
described on the CSUSB EVOC 502/3 Web Site for the Distance Learning option and
have established a Fred Fudrucker EVOC Web Site at:

(3) I will post all required Web based
assignments on the above noted Web site before the dates indicated on the EVOC
502/3 Class Schedule and notify the EVOC 502/3 instructor by e-mail when each
assignment has been posted with the specific URL at which each assignment is
posted.
(4) I will e-mail all required e-mail
assignments to the EVOC 502/3 instructor not later than the due dates indicated
on the EVOC 502/3 Class Schedule. NOTE: I plan on completing as many assignments
as possible and hope to be finished with all of the assignments before the
class officially starts.
(5) I will follow the EVOC Standards
for E-Mail that are posted in the EVOC 502/3 E-TEXT.
