Discipline is a vital part in a comprehensive learning environment. The word
assertive is saying what one means but not saying it mean. Discipline is
what one needs to achieve goals and higher learning. So, one complements the
other. Accordingly, the term assertive discipline cannot work without an element
of responsibility that includes a reward and penalty system.
Thus helping one learn that there are consequences for everything one does, the good and the bad,
insuring a firm foundation in the
journey of life.

Student Organizations is another way to motivate
and inspire student growth. The first part of a good student organization is an
advisor, the faculty
member assigned responsibility for overseeing the activities of a specific
student vocational organization. The advisor acts as a facilitator to guide
