A: PLS don't panic. I answer emails promptly (normally 1~24 Hours) but I don't sit in front of computers all day/weekend long!!

PLS do understand that my unadvertised sites get 5000~10000 hits a month, imagine all kinds of emails I have to filter thru on a daily basis. Moreover, PLS be a good "email subject" sender. Subject your email accordingly: "Distro Request", "Order Add On", "Address Change", "Package Receipt", "Replacement Request for xxxxx"...ect. Otherwise, your emails may be deleted as spam or get the least priority to be read or reply.

As I give 24 hours for your payment before resetting shipdate & 72 hours for cancellation, pls kindly extend me the same courtesy to reply questions/update order status.

Do re-email if I haven't replied more than 2 days. (It's possible it got sent to my spam box which I auto delete upto 400+ Spam emails a day!) Be Sure to Add me to your address book/white list or check "Spam" or "Bulk" Box.

A: Due to the sensitivity of this Distro Service & excessive time spent on email exchanges with Distro Newbies whom most do not follow/read instructions. (e.g 3~10 emails for 1-OST or 2 DVDs, wrong payment sent...) I will no longer take referrals or any new accounts as of 10.08.06.

Password Protected Website will save me the trouble of turning newbies away (5,000~10,000+ Monthly Hits). I'm done answering/redirecting "Do You Have" or "I'm looking For" emails.
