Does the banner say it all? Well in my opinion, yes. RCAG ordered 2 vests, and a head hood from red wolf airsoft and we received everything quickly. Although their ordering system is different from DEN's and WGC's method which is paypal and red wolf's is TRADENABLE. We did not encounter any problems with ordering through this system. There are scattered rumors saying the red wolf airsoft is not to be the most trusted company in airsoft and that service as well as email responses are somewhat slow. We did not come to any of these conclusions. Email was replied to quickly and service was great.
Although we did not order any guns from them we think that it would take about the same time to get here (Hawaii) well maybe a bit longer, because of barrel painting and customs, etc. One thing that bothered us, well not too much, was that red wolf packed our vests in a plain old cardboard box, tapped it up and shipped it. Our vests were not in any sort of packages and there was no padding in the box what-so-ever. Although our items arrived just fine, there was the possibility that the box could have gotten damage during flight or something. But, again, this was not that big of deal seeing as the products were just vests and a mask.
Overall our experience with red wolf was a pleasant one and are not too hesitant of ordering from them in the future.
