Recently I got to do business with a well known retailer in the airsoft world, Dentrinity. I had ordered by pay pal an M16A2 from DEN on Tuesday (07.17.01) and it arrived yesterday (7.19.01) is that fast service or what? I was surprised at how fast it got here, Hawaii. And DEN's zero customs seizure rep. remained in tack. The gun was delivered by UPS and was wrapped nicely and neatly. Upon opening the actual gun box I was glad to see that the gun looked just fine. Den had put "putty" over the trademarks and had painted the tip of the muzzle bright orange, this was to comply with custom laws but this did not bother me. I was just happy that it got here, quickly. DEN's has somewhat of a bad rep. about returning email very late, if ever. I experienced this before but not this past time. There response was quick, one day. This may just be because I was ordering something but none the less it was answered quickly. Email with questions on guns I don't know about the response time.
When you have placed your order Den provides a parcel tracking # if you choose Speed Post, the fastest way to get your stuff. This was helpful to me I like to know where my stuff is, as soon as it left Hong Kong they e-mailed me and ask that I notify them that I had received my stuff. And that I did. Prices at DEN are pretty good as compared to North American retailers who order their products from HK or Japan and then put their own price with the added shipping, I think that N. American prices are always a little or al lot more higher then DEN's prices. Dentrinity's prices are low because their presence in Asia this allows them to get there products from Japan and they can keep the prices decent. Take my M16 for instance, no not really take my M16!! At Dentrinity it was $225 + Speed Post Shipping = $275 or so. Compare that to $375 this is an American retailers price, I won't say who's (that price includes shipping to Hawaii.) Dentrinity still manages to keep the prices low even after shipping is tacked on. This includes custom guns as well. All I can say is Dentrinity is a very good airsoft retailer. I am confident that I will be doing business with them again in the near future. Although I don't think someone would go and order like a single magazine or something from DEN, I myself would just go to the closet airsoft store. Its just easier.
Update: Dentrinity, it seems, now answers e-mails about products within 2 days or so. But I think it depends on the time of the year.
