Some Signs to Watch For

The following is a list of potential warning signs of abuse. It is not limited to this, however, these are typical behaviors to watch out for:

� constant criticism

� name calling

� exclusivity of decision-making

� always needing to be right

� disrespecting you or others

� lying

� breaking promises

� withholding emotionally

� denying any bad behavior

� blaming others for behavior

� self-destructive behavior

� isolation and jealousy

� any kind of violence
