An eastbound BN freight crosses one of the several
large bridges on the Pass. I believe this is Sheep Creek Bridge. Check out the Rocky Montain goats at the bottom of the picture.
Great Northerns old mascot, the Rocky Mountain Goat are abundant in the area.
Rocky Mountain Goats are not the only wildlife in the area. My father and I came apon this Grizley Bear and her cub eating grain in the tracks that falls from the many grain trains that travel this route.
Lucky for us this westbound came through and scared the bears off into the woods
brfore they had noticed us.
