Got to Okinawa in January 1964 and was assigned to the RDF section at Hanza Site. We were apart of the 6927th Sctq Sqdn; but we lived in the 6922nd Security Wing barracks on Kadena AFB, Okinawa. |

This is a picture of the FRD-10 at Hanza Site. We worked in the building shown. Worked with Herb Warman, John Rankin, Roy Baily, Joe Belado and many others. This antenna was owned by the Navy; however, it was also used by the Army and the Air Force. |

This is a picture of Eugene Briggs and his wife at a squadron picnic. I had known Briggs at Sembach and Darmstadt. He eventually became the NCOIC of the RDF section. |
