While there is'nt much here yet, there is a reason for that...I havent really done much. But with all that aside, I can tell you what the weapon will be and show you a few pictures of what little progress there is to show. The Black and grey picture to your left is the design of the disk. Its changed a bit to make it fit in my frame better, but the shape is basically the same. The bottom picture is the steel that the disks are being cut out of. The weapon will spin one of those disks vertically on a 1/2" titanium shaft via an astroflight cobalt 40 at 24v with right now a 2:1 reduction, with that set up at the top of a wedge it should have no trouble flipping other bots. Thats pretty much it, the steel is with Chuck Carn to be cut, and once I get the disks back I will put the pictures up. |
