In 2002, she landed a role in Van Wilder, a film starring Ryan Reynolds and Tara Reid. Sophia played the part of Sally, a freshman with a major crush on Reynolds' character. Since then she has appeared in Point of Origin, an HBO production. She also had a part in the independent film, Learning Curves .
Sophia had a guest appearance on Sabrina, The Teenage Witch , in its seventh season. She also appeared on the FX program, Nip/Tuck . Sophia had a recurring role as, Ridley, a teenage bisexual.
