This year, I had the opportunity to travel to Greece for spring break. It was an awesome opportunity, plus I was getting 3 hours of Bible credit for the trip.

The trip was organized by Dr. Hummel. For the past several years, Dr. Hummel has taken a group of students to Israel to tour the Holy Land over spring break. Recently, the violence and general political situations in the region have prohibited this trip. As a result, the trip this year was to Greece.

So, for the low low cost of $2000, I got to spend just over a week touring around Greece, and earning credit for BIBL 4413 Physical Settings of the Bible: Greece.

As a part of the course we were required to keep a travel journal of the things we saw and of some of our experiences. Soon I will be posting mine, and also have some stories from some of my fellow travelers.

I also brought a camera. So did pretty much everybody else on the trip. As a result, there were literally thousands of pictures taken. After we are able to sort through them all, and pick out the best quality and most representative pictures, I will post some of them.
