204 - present King Vakor V is a 6 year old child. The country is being ruled by Vakor IV advisor, a Thassian named Dresh. Dresh has initiated a war with Ishter, overcomming the objections of the Kahar nobles by sending most of the Kahar army back to their homes, and creating an army of the Undead.
202 - 204 King Vakor IV, took rule of the country, after his predecessor (his father Vakor III) was assassinated. Only a day after assuming rulership, Vakor ended the war with Ishter which had drained the country's coffers dry. Vakor was a cruel man, who wanted to expand his territory like his father, but was not stupid. He was biding his time while the country recovered. After putting down an uprising in the Duchy of Falshire, he gained the Power of Fire. However, he was assainated by an unknown assailent, rumored to be Agannazer, then King of Lycen. The rumor may even be true, for many have been to the site, and seen the devestation only a dragon could create.
Their special unit is the Kahar Blackguards. Made up of Human, Half-orc, and Orcs. They are commanded by the Army.
