On our orignial poster we used kangaroo's to show the movement of the song like you see to the right. Here we just used x's.
The song is only 58 seconds long and the begining repeats itself a few times. We have showed the repeating here. The song is chopy on the piano so it shows a sound that would be like the kangaroo jumping around. The dynamics and tempo are used here too. The song starts slow and soft. As it climbs up the scale it gets louder and faster, then the up and down x's it is loud and slow. This can represent the kangaroo's juming toward something he is interested in or afraid of. It's amazing how you can tell a story of a kangaroo by the song's dynamics and tempo.

We also found that for this song in elementary schools you could use this for a PE lesson, a history or science lesson on learning about kangaroos and how they operate. We also think english would be good because you could have the kids write what they thought the kangaroo was doing.
