Kevin is a unique horse. We've got a lot of those at Red Acre, but Kevin is especially unique. He is pretty much as smart as horses come. He is also very oppinionated. For instance, he does not like being gray. You can give him the bath of the century and within a day,
Kevin is a unique horse. We've got a lot of those at Red Acre, but Kevin is especially unique. He is pretty much as smart as horses come. He is also very oppinionated. For instance, he does not like being gray. You can give him the bath of the century and within a day,
he will make himself a
pinto! He also has a knack for destroying buckets. Once he
got the "unbreakable bucket". it lasted a mere 24 hours.
But we love him anyway. He makes up for it all in the ring!
He is a stellar jumper, and has been a star in the hunters for
years. He was owned by a girl named Liza, who eventually sold him
to Mitch and Kathy, who took a chance and tried him in the riding
school. With a little work, Kevin became an All-Star school horse
for the more advanced riders. We love you, Kev!
