The Meredith Madness Page
As I rapidly flailed towards 30 I realized that life up to this point was all about overcoming the madness that grows within.  We all carry the madness with us whether it is inantely provided at birth or we accumulate the unwanted treasurer sometime our early childhood as a result of our environmental surroundings.  Some people chose to explore and acknowledge the madness while others shove it into the nether depths of their existence only to live any kind of empty shell of a life they can create for themselves.  Embarking upon adulthood I decided to grasp on to my madness with both hands.....cherishing it for what it is.

Knowledge and sensory data are the key to living with the madness.  Grasp onto all trains of thought as if they are your own....cultivate your own perceptions of the thoughts and then flow with them.  Sensory data is also a key element to who we are.  Sensory data is our individual take on our environments and the way we personally process the information that we take in from exterior surroundings.  We all live within our own "Plato's Cave"; we must grasp our individual realities to ingest and process it howver we can.  Life is the interacting of all the individual human perceptions co-existing and evolving.

Determining how one is going to relay their sensory data to others is often difficult.....but left inside, being ignored will only cause it to fester.  Once the malagnacy of banal living has taken root it will cause ill behavior patterns in ones life.  I know this because I was sick with the disease for a long time...turning to instant gratification as a reprieval from the daily angst that plagued me internally.  Once we grasp the angst as a friend it is no longer a powerful enemy that we run from.  We are in control causing the banality to disipate.

My journey lead me down a path where I was frustrated at my lack of self-expression...I have now found several ways to express myself....art, writing and interacting with other humans soaking in their realities.  Life is not about perfection; it is about being humanly yourself.  We are all individuals and once we acknowledge that we can appreciate our exterior caves and our interior realities for what they are.

This is the madness of Meredith in a nutshell.....but trust me it is a live being within me that is perpetually changing and growing......but I have learned to evolve with it thus being utterly insane but real with it.
