I started Recycled Originals in September 2001, making handsewn home furnishings from old or discarded clothing and fabrics. By November 2001, we began making handpoured candles in recycled containers and taking them to the craft shows with us. Well, the candles quickly became a big hit and we've been making them ever since. Over the last couple of years, our product line has expanded to include body lotions, soaps, shower gels, bath salts, wax tarts, votives, pillars, jelly jar candles, candle accessories, etc. We have also started doing fundraisers with some local small school clubs to help them raise funds for books and fun activities. We have just recently started an E-Bay store for our out-of-town customers and to introduce new customers to our wonderful products.
