Animal Mania Monday proved to be a scaly day as Tyler Lisk came for a visit with his pet snakes. Kids were encouraged to touch the snake and for Lisa this was her favorite day this week because she had never touched a corn snake before. The day was geared towards animals as games like animal bingo and painting the mural of your favorite animal were done only after faces were painted to look like an animal. Maggie enjoyed Wacky Tacky Tuesday the best. Everyone got to wear tacky clothes, decorate and eat tacky cup cakes, play tacky games and go home with tacky hair do�s and a decorated t-shirt, of course, with tacky patterns. Movie Star Wanna-Be Wednesday was Jessica�s favorite day, who knows, we may have a star in our midst. The ROC was transformed into a movie location where everyone brainstormed and created a movie and actually filmed it. On Thursday �travel the world� was the theme and everyone was greeted with a Hawaiian lei and a name tag with their name translated into Hawaiian. This was the day everyone learned about Japan, Hawaii and Mexico by trying new foods, crafts and games. Fun City Friday was enjoyed by everyone as we bused over to Belleville for a day of fun and excitement. Roller blading, arcade games, mini golf and pizza were highlights and everyone returned tired to receive some gifts donated by Jimodi Jeans.
