Seriously? 2+ years since an update? Sad. Indeed. Further C-beast contact is continual, thankfully. A lot of our tapes got wet due to a leaky storage space and 4 days of rare CA rain. I tried to salvage what I could, but lost a lot of cool artwork and some tapes. Hence the need to digitize what we have. That would be a feat indeed. Until next time...

I guess I should make an entry in 2006. Contact was made with the C-beast over Thanksgiving, an excellent reunion. Once again... there will be another day.

Well, Jesse has moved to Orange County, for work. Reclimb was destined for greatness, so it is too bad it couldn't continue. Jacolia and Catalina may still chop on occasion, with Nicholai bassing. There will be another day...

Wow, there were no updates in 2004. Sorry. So, I updated the "Info" page, to show our activities these days. There has been talk that recline will be reincarnated in a different form... Nicholas Crites may be joining us on Bass. Caleb will saddle up to guitar #2 and vocals, while Jesse and Jake remain on their previous roles. The project is codenamed: "Reclimb" at the moment. Stay tuned for updates... or not.

Lordy, has it been that long since the last post? I admit, recline has done absolutely nothing since then, but that usually doesn't matter. Jake had a baby, so congrats go to him. I think the Fighting 407 still play shows, so check them out when you get a chance. And as always, rock like a turkey...

Howdy! Well, turns out Jake didn't like it in ol' Oklahoma. He said that there was a lot of spaghetti everywhere. You see, jake has this spaghetti phobia. I know it sounds weird, but its true. Everywhere Jake looked he saw spaghetti. In his pockets, in his dog ollie's mouth, in his girlfriends tape deck, in the car's gas tank. I don't know if this is true, but this is all what Jake told me. Jake never lies. So, bottom line, jake fled the spaghetti and is back to play more music as drum buddy for Recline. We practiced once and it was fun. So, needless to say, we'll start playing again. And who knows we might play a show or two, minus the spaghetti of course (if you've forgotten that jake doesn't like spaghetti, read above). Thank you for reading... I think that's all the news for right now. Word em up.

Well ... uhm. I just thought I'd update this. Jake (drum buddy) moved to Oklahoma! So we're not really playing anymore. Caleb and I are still supposed to play, but its unclear as of now. We heard ol' Vehicle is back in the saddle (sorry I said "back in the saddle"). They're recording too... what a treat! That's about all the news I have. Until next time...

We're sorry to hear about the end of our friends VEHICLE. We wish them the best in This Guy, Goddamn Jets, and The Potential. We played 5 or 6 shows under the wings of vehicle, and we had a blast everytime. We thank them. The barbeque is approaching. bye...

Seems like forever since I updated this, but it hasn't been. Nothing doing really. Jedi Knight 2 is fun. So is halo. Sacrilicious... bye now...

Well, the Shut Eye Records compilation: "A Low-Watt Document 3: Confectionary Infections" is in. We have 30 of these gems. There are some good artists with good songs on this, so check it out. Our song, "tombstone" is alive and well at track number 19 (lucky 19). If you want one of these CDs, you know where to go. I foresee selling zero copies... lets make my forecast a reality!!! Bye.

Not much to update, as usual. We're happy to be playing with Sullen and Speed Cadet at the Way Out, it should be a good 'ole time for all the kids. We have the cover art for the compilation we're going to be on. Its located on the albums page. They tell me its going to get to us in a couple weeks from now. In other words, they're late. Oh well. Keep it real homies...

Friday, February 1
I don't have any updates, I just thought since it was February 1, I would post a message. Speed Cadet, Fighting 407, and Sullen all played nice and pretty sets last night. What fun. Check our shows page for the latest additions... there's a lot of gray space in there for now, but that will change. Keep on truckin' and goin' through the motions. Go Rams.

Hi. We have a release date for The Shut Eye Records Compilation: "Confectionary Infections". The date is February 26, 2002. Maybe it will be played on some of the campus radio stations around St. Louis, who knows. Not much else (yes, I look for any excuse to give "news" updates which no one reads). Recline finally practiced in the new space. Fun fun. Well, that's all... over and out.

Monday, Jan. 14
Howdy! We are please to inform everyone that SPEED CADET's website is now up and running. I'm very happy... oh so happy... that's me. Click here to go there now. Recline finally has a practice space in St. Louis. We need someone to share it with (I can't afford it). Mail us if you wanna help and play at any hours without worrying about crazy neighbors. We're not really closer to recording, which is ashame. We don't have any word about our comp release date, but we'll keep you informed, don't worry. I guess that's it... -jwo

Wednesday, Jan. 2
Hello. The first update in 2002. Hope ya'll had a rockin' christmas and new year's. I was sick, so I couldn't live it up as it should have been lived up. Oh well. Anyway... the big news is... RECLINE IS GOING TO BE ON A COMP!!! And not some cheesy local comp crap, this one is straight outta Atlanta, Georgia biotch!!! The song "tombstone" from the album "how to never end" will appear on the CD. The record label is SHUT EYE RECORDS (click here to go there now). The title of the comp is "A Low Watt Document 3 - Confectionary Infections". Yes, we are mighty proud. We'll have to start playing more shows. We will have 30 of these CDs, so get them while you can. They will be available in our store whenever we obtain them. Not much else... (as if that wasn't enough news). We'll keep you updated.

Our stickers are in!!! They are the same design as in the photo in the Store but the words are white and the background is black. We think it looks better. Rock out! Please click here for buying stickers.

Thursday, Dec. 6
What a fun show last night. The Red Sea is neato. Hopefully we'll get invited back or something. Vehicle was of course always a good time. Thanks to everyone who decided to come out. Bye for now.

Friday, Nov. 30
Didn't I just update this page? Wow... boredom... hmmm... let's see...
Plans have been made to record w/ Chris Deckard in his new suped up studio space. Check the link for pictures on their wondrous progress. One could say they're rocking it like turkeys. I wouldn't say that though. We're going to have our next CDEP (untitled as of now, please make suggestions if you want) professionally pressed and shrink wrapped and stuff. So they'll look real purty and sparkly and such. Okay... later.

Thursday, Nov. 29
Hello, gurf it well.
We plan on recording in the late December, early January time-frame. It will be a 3 or 4 song CDEP recorded by Chris Deckard, recorder of "How To Never End". Being a little more familiar with Chris' studio space, we can make improvements upon certain sound aspects taken for granted on "How to Never End". Here is a preliminary track listing:

2i
The Puget Sound
Fable

We'll keep you updated, thanks for checking in
