A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I am a musician from the Fort Worth-Dallas, Texas area. I am a member of Bob Wills' Texas Playboys(Rausch-Allsup), Red Stegall's Coleman County Cowboys and Tommy Morrell's Time Warp Tophands. I have taken part in hundreds of western swing and cowboy recordings, as either the bass player or fiddle player or both.
I have just finished recording my first solo project entitled, " I RECKON I'M A TEXAN TIL I DIE." It has 15 western swing and cowboy standards. Several of these are more obscure tunes. The tunes are as follows: Won't You Ride In My Little Red Wagon, Ridin', Hidin' Teardrops In My Heart, Green Snakes On the Ceiling, Keeper Of My Heart, Old Fashion Love, Dusty Skies, Miles and Miles Of Texas, Along the Santa Fe Trail, Baby That Sure Would Go Good, The Place Where I Worship(Is the Wide Open Spaces), I Can't Go On This Way, Deep Water, I Reckon I'm a Texan Til I Die, The Waltz You Saved For Me, and My Shoes Keep Walkin' Back to You.
