RASAM AND SAMBAR AND OTHER DELICIOUS VARIETIES
Tomato Rasam(Charu)
Method
Ingredients
First cook the toordal seperately and mashit.
After add some water in it and put that vessel onthe stove.
Now cut the tomato pieces into small pieces .
And cut the okra into little pieces andadd these pieces to the rasam.
Now add turmeric and salt and rasam powder.
Also add tamarind to this.
Now take apan and put oil init and wait until it warm.
Now add mustardseeds(avalu),uraddal(minappappu),hing(inguva
and curryleaves and brokenred chillies and garlic.
When it splutter add all of this seasoning to therasam.
THATS IT. Boil the rasam for 10min.
Switch offthe stove.

Cooked dal -1cup
Water - 2cups
Tomato -1small
Okra(bendakaya)-2
Tamarind - littlebit
Salt - asrequired
Turmeric -1/2tsp
SAMBAR(pulusu)
Method
Ingredients
First cook the toordaal separately and mash it and keepaside.
Now take a bowl ,inthat take tamarind and extract the juice by adding water.
Now cut the tomatoes,onions,green mirch ,bottlegourd pieces into small sizes.
Add these pieces tothe daal.
Later  add  this tamarind juice tothe daal.
Now add salt,turmeric and sambarpowder and putthat onthe stove.
Add sugar also.
Now take apan and pour oil and warmit.(2tsp)
Now add mustard seeds,uraddal,hing , curryleaves,and broken redchillies(if u want garlic 1tsp)
After add this seasoning to the sambar and mixwell.
Boil that for 10 min.
Thats it.( More sugar gives taste tothe sambar).

Buttermilk - 2cups
Turmeric - 1tsp
Salt - asrequired
Greenmirch -2small
Seasoning stuff -asusual
onion -1small
Take a bowl and pour some buttermilk init (maggiga)
Now take a pan and pour oil init and warmit.
Now add seasoning init and add onion and mirch.
whenit splutter switch offthe stove and pour this seasoning in buttermilk and add salt and mixwell.
Simple to prepare.and tasty.

Method
Ingredients
First take buttermilk(sour is tasty forthis.)
And add doublewater inthat.
Now add besangram flour and mixthat all  perfectly.
After cut the spinach leaves and washit.
Cut the tomato and onion,mirch pieces and add these pieces tothat.
Grind  the ginger and add tothis.
putthat onthe stove and add turmeric and boil it.
Later take apan and pour oil init after add mustard seeds,uraddal,jeera hing ,curryleaves and brokenred chillie pieces init.
when it splutter add this seasoning to maggigapulusu.
Finally add salt and take out.
Sour buttermilk - 2cups
Water - double quantity.
Besan flour(sanagapindi) -1/2cup
Salt -asrequired.
Tomato -1small
Onion-1small
Spinach leaves -few
Ginger -2tsp
