INGREDIENTS
Take seseme seeds(nuvvulu) and fry them inthe pan onlow flame for 10min.
Now when fryingthe sesemeseeds add dry redchillies and salt.
Finally switchoffthe stove and grind all together .
Its verytaste in hotrice with ghee.

METHOD
INGREDIENTS
First take apan and fry curryleaves without oil for 5min.
Now put the redchillies, jeera,garlic,coriander seeds and salt inthe pan and frythem for 5 or 10min.
Now add tamarind to this.
Now grind all together until smoothpowder.
Curryleaves - 2 bunches
Dryred chillies -6
Salt - asrequired
Garlic - 6pieces
Corianderseeds - small pocket
Jeera - 2tsp

Toordal(kandipappu) - 1cup
Chanadal - 1cup
uraddal(minappappu) - 1/2 cup
Moong dal(pesarapappu) - 1/2 cup
Salt - asrequired
jeera - 2-tsp
Curryleaves - few
First take apan and put all dals like toordal,uraddal,chanadal and moong dal in thepan and frythem for 5 or 10min without oil.
Now fry separately curryleaves,jeera.
After add altogether and grindthem into smoothpowder.

Chillipowder - 3tsp
Oil - 5tsp
Curryleaves - 5rebbalu
Dryredchillies - 20
drycoconut powder - 1/2 cup
garlic - 4piecessmall
salt - asrequired
fry peanuts inthe pan without oil and takeout the pottu.
Takea pan and pour oil warmthem. Now add curryleaves, jeera,peanuts salt and coconutpowder and frythem for 5min.
Now take out allthose and make it smoothpowder in the grinder.

Its simple. just take toordal,corianderseeds and jeera and grindthem alltogether.
thats it. when u make charu you can add this powder for taste.
