LEMON DAL
METHOD
INGREDIENTS
Cut the lemon half, and extract the juice from it.
Cut the green mirch horizontally
Wash the toor daal and add double water and put it in tothe cooker with the whistle onit .
put it onthe stove.
wait until three whistles and switchoff the stove.
Now mash the toordaal  by adding some water smoothly.
After add lemon juice, turmeric,salt and chillipowder and mixwell.
Again once put that onthe stove.
Now take apan and pour some oil .
when it heats add mustard, uraddal, jeera,hing ,curryleaves and green mirch, and dryred broken chillis.
when it splutter add all seasoning to daal and mixwell.
ITS REALLY EXCELLENT WITH WHITERICE( with ghee)
Lemon - 1
Toor daal - 1cup
Mirch - 4 small
Curryleaves - few
Salt - as required
Chilli powder - 2tsp

INGREDIENTS
METHOD
Wash toordaal and add double quantity of water to it.
Peel the cucumber and cut it into small pieces.
Cut the onion and green mirch
Now add all of these to toordaal.
Add little tamarind (tamarind paste) to this.
Close the lid with whistle and put it onthe stove.
Wait for until three whistles.
Later switchoff the stove and open the lid carefully.
Mash the daal by adding water smoothly.
Now add turmeric ,salt and chillipowder and again put it onthe stove.
Now take apan add oil.
whenit heats add mustard, uraddal,hing,red broken mirch, garlic, curryleaves.
when it splutter switchoff thestove and add this to the daal and mixwell.
switch off the stove.

Onions - 1
Green mirch - 3
Garlic - 1tsp
Salt - as required
Chilli powder - 2tsp
Oil - 1tsp
TOMATO DAL
METHOD
INGREDIENTS
Toor Daal -1 cup
Tomatos - 2
Onion - 1
Green mirch - 4
Chilli powder - 1tsp
Oil - 2tsp
Tamarind - Littlebit
Salt - as required
Garlic - 1tsp
Curry leaves - few.



Wash toordall and add double quantity of water.
Cut the tomatoes, onions, greenmirch and add these to toordaal.
Now add little bit tamarind to it.
After put all these into cooker and put thelid with whistle .
Put this onthe stove and wait until three whistles.
Later switch offthe stove.
Now slowly open the lid, and slowly by  adding some water mash that toordaal with back ofthe spoon.
After add salt, chillipowder to it.
Now take a pan pour some oil inthat and warm it.
After add mustard, urad dal, turmeric, pinch of hing , curryleaves and garlic.
When it splutter switchoff the stove and add this to toordaal.
Mixwell and heat that once again and switch off the stove.
