| Take a pan and put that onthe stove. Pour toordaal(kandipappu) inthat and fry that until its light red for 5 or 10min. Now add dry red chillies and jeera. Switch offthe stove. now add salt and tamarind. Grind all of that by adding little water. Now take a pan and pour oil and warm it. Now add mustardseeds, hing and uraddal and dry red chillie. After add this seasoning to the kandipachadi. Thats it. Its very taste with pachi pulusu in hot rice. |

| Squeeze the tamarind pulp by adding more water. Now cut the onion into fine pieces.Also cut the mirch into small pieces. After add these pieces tothat pulp. Later add salt and more sugar tothat and mixwell. Finally add seasoning tothat. YOU can take this with kandi pachadi. |
