CUCUMBER CURRY WITH TOMOTOS.....
METHOD.....
INGREDIENTS....
cucumbers- 1

onions-  1

tomatos- 2

mirch- 2

salt- as required

mirch powder- 1tsp

sugar- 1tsp.
Chop the cucumber in fine small pieces.
cut the onion and mirch into small pieces.
take a pan and pour some oil.
when it heats add mustard, turmeric and red mirch.
then add onion and mirch pieces to this and fry it for 5 min.
After add cucumber and tomato pieces.
add some salt and let them fry for 10 min.
When it seems cooked add little sugar and mirch powder .
witch off the stove.
garnish with fine coriander leaves on the top.
Tasteful recipe this is.

BRINJAL CURRY( EGG PLANT)
INGREDIENTS.
METHOD........
Cut the brinjal horizontally.
Chop the coriander .
Grind mirch and coriander together smooth.
Take a pan and putthat on the stove.
pour some oil.
when it heats add brinjal pieces and add salt and turmeric.
fry them for 5 min and add grounded coriander andmirch powder.
let them fry for 10 min.and mix well.

ITS  TASTY WITH WHITERICE.
brinjal- 6 medium size.
oil- 3tsp
coriander-1bunch
mirch-3.
salt-as required.
