| Cut the tomotoes in small pieces. Later cut the onions and mirch into small pieces. put the oak on the flame and add some oil. when it heats add mustard seeds, urad dal ,turmeric, asafotida and curry leaves. then add onion and mirch pieces fry them for 5 min. after add tomatos. add some salt to this mix well. let them fry for 10 min. when it seems cooked add mirch powder and sugar. ( if u want sprinkle coriander leaves on the top) switch off the stove. This tomato curry is very delicious in rice or in chapathis |
