INGREDIENTS
Take abowl and pour idli pindi init.
Now cut onions and greenmirch into small pieces,
After cut the ginger into small pieces.
Now add allthese pieces in idli pindi.
After take apan and warm it.
Now take aspoon of batter and pour onthat by spreading.
When oneside seems red now turn that otherside and pour oil around that.

Soak the uraddal for 8 hours in water.
After adding some little water grind that smmothly.
Now take apan and pour oil init and warm it.
After take aplastic sheet and put onthat spoon of batter and put little hole betweenthat.
Now leave that intothe oil and turn otherside.
Afterthat take ot out .Thats it.
With allappachadi its so taste.

Wash the rice and cook that until its done.
After take out all hot rice into a big bowl.
And add salt.
Now take apan and pour oil and warm it.
Afterthat add mustard seeds(avalu),uraddal(minappappu),chanadal(sanagapappu)
Turmeric,Hing,Jeera ,Peanuts ,Curryleaves and chopped greenmirch and redchillie pieces.
When it crackle switchoff thestove and add all this talinpu to hotrice.
After extract the juice from lemon and pour it intothe rice and mixwell.
Finally add corianderseeds onit.

First take the besan flour and put salt and chilli powder init by mixing water.
Now Chop the potato into thin slices and wash them.
Now put all these into besan flour .
After takea pan and pour oil init and warm it.
After take oneby one potatoslice and dip it intothe sanagapindi bothsides and leave it intothe oil.
When it turn red takeout those.
Sanagapindi (besan flour)- 2cups

Ingredients
Take riceflour intothe bigbowl and add salt and chillipowder.
After soak sanagapappu separately inthe water for 10min.
After take the sanagapappu and pour intothe riceflour.
Grind the ginger,garlic,chilli pieces and put that intothe riceflour.
Now by addingwater mixwell.
It hasto like puripindi(gattiga)
Now takea pan and pour oil and warmit.after onthe plastic sheet pour onespoon of batter and spreadit like little puri.
Now leave this intothe oil and fry both sides until light redcolour.
After takeit out.
It tastes well you can use it like evening snack.
