Bombayiravva upma
Ingredients

Bombayiravva(suzi) - 1glass
Water - 2 1/2 glass
Salt - asrequired
Ginger - 1tsp
Greenmirch - 3
Onion -1small
Ghee - 2tsp
Lemon -1
Cut the onions and mirch into smallpieces.
Cut the ginger intosmall pieces.
Now take apan and pour some oil and warm it.
Now take mustard seeds, uraddal,chanadal ,curryleaves and frythem for 5min.
Now add onion,mirch ,ginger pieces and frythem for2min.
After add double quantity of water intothe pan.
When it heats add bombayiravva by mixing perfectly.
Now switch off the stove and sprinkle lemon juice into upma.
Inaddition , add ghee into the upma and mixwell onceagain.

METHOD
INGREDIENTS
Cut the onion and mirch intosmallpieces.
Now take apan and put oil init and warmit.
After add talinpu and add onion,mirch pieces and frythem for 5min.
Now add water init and wait until water heat.
After add ravva init and mixwell
Finally sprinkle lemonjuice init and mixwell
Switchoff the stove.

METHOD
INGREDIENTS
First take oneglass of uraddal and soakit inthe waterfor 8 hours  into the separate bowl.
Now in an
another bowl soak the idliravva into the water.
After 8 hours grind uraddal smmothly
And drain the water from idliravva.
Now add idliravva tothe grounded uraddal and add salt.
Now mixwell .
Thats it. Now its ready to prepare idli.

DOSA WITH ONIONS
METHOD
INGREDIENTS
Uraddal - 1glass
Rice - 2glasses
Salt - asrequired
Onions  - 1big
first  soak uraddal and rice for 8 hours in a bigbowl.
Afterthat grind them smoothly.
After add salt and mixwell.
Now take a pan and pour one spoon of batter and spread that.
sprinkle onions pieces onit and pour spoon oil around that.
BACK TO HOME

Take abowl and pour idlipindi init.
Now add onion ,mirch and ginger pieces and mixwell
Now Take a pan and pour someoil init and wait until it heats.
Now take a little spoon of batter and leave that intothe oil.
and when it turns light red takeout and switch off thestove.

oil - 4spoons
