SPINACH WITH TOMATO DAAL
PROCESS
INGREDIENTS
Wash toordaal
Cut the spinach into littlepieces.
Cut the onion and mirch.
Cut the tomatos
Add double water to toordaal and add allthese stuff.
Add littlebit of tamarind also.
Now put allthese into cooker close the lid and put whistle onit.
Now wait until threewhistles.
After open the lid carefully and by adding water mashthat daal.
Add turmeric,salt,chillipowder.
Take apan and pour oil andwarm it.
Now add mustard, uraddal, garlic,broken red mirch,hing and curryleaves.
When it splutter switchoff thestove and add allthese to daal
Now heat the daal again for 5min and mixwell.
Switch offthe stove.
Garnish with corianders ontop of it.

PLAIN DAAL
INGREDIENTS
PROCESS
Toor daal - 1cup
Water - 2cups
Turmeric - 1tsp
Salt - as required
Wash the toordaal and add double quantity of waterto it.
Put it intothe cooker and closethelid.
put the whistle onit.
Now switch onthe stove.
Wait  for until threewhistles.
Later offthe stove and open the lid carefully.
Now addwater and smoothit with backspoon.
Add turmeric and salt.
Now put it again on the stove for 5min.
Mix well and switchoff thestove.
PLAIN DAAL READY .
MANGO DAL
METHOD
INGREDIENTS
Mango -1 big
Toor daal - 1cup
Onion - 1
Mirch - 4small
Oil - 1tsp
Salt - asrequired
chilli powder - 2tsp
Curryleaves - few
Wash toordaal and add double water.
Peel the Mango and cut into medium size.
Cut the onion into small pieces.
Cut the mirch horizontally.
Put allthese stuff into cooker and closethe lid.
put the whistle onit.
wait for three whistles.
After switchoff thestove and open the lid carefully.
Now by adding water smooth the daal and add salt,turmeric,chillipowder.
Now take apan pour some oil and warm it.
After add mustard, uraddal, hing,curryleaves.broken chillipieces(RED).
When it splutter add allthese seasoning to daal. switch offthe stove.
Mixwell allthe daal.
ITS SO DELICIOUS.
