TOMATO PICKLE
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
Tomatoes -3 big
Mustard seeds -small pocket
Red Chillies - few
Oil - 4tsp
Tamarind - littlebit
Salt - as required
Coriander seeds - few


Take apan and fry mustard seeds, Corianderseeds, Dryred chillies without oil and keepthem aside.
Cut the Tomatoes into smallpieces.
Fry tomatoes also inthe oil for 10 min.
And keepthem aside.
When it cooladd salt and tamarind to Tomatoes and grind all of these .

Brinjal Pickle
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
Cut the brinjal into smallpieces.
Cut the tomatoes intosmallpieces.
Now Take apan poursome oil and warmit.
After add mustardseeds, turmeric and redchillies.
Whenit splutter add Brinjals and frythem 5min.
Now add tomatoes and frythem until it soft.
After add salt and Tamarind and grindthem all.
Its verytaste with plain dal

GREEN MIRCH PICKLE
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
Cut the greenmirch.
Take apan and pour someoil and warmit.
Now add mustard seeds, uraddal(MINAPPAPPU), chanadal(SANAGAPAPPU),turmeric,hing.
Now when it splutter add Greenchillies and frythem for 10min.
After add ginger and tamarind.
Add sugar (Compulsary) and grind them all.
Switch off the stove.
Green Mirch - 6big
Oil - 3tsp
Ginger -1piece
Salt - asrequired
Sugar -2tsp
Tamarind - littlebit.
