| Cut the cauliflower Florettes into small size. Chop the onions into fine small pieces. Cut the mirch Boil plenty of water and add the cauliflower to that. boil them for 5 or ten min. After Take out them from water. Take a pan and pour some oil. after heat the oil, add mustard,turmeric, uraddal, curry leaves and red mirch. After add Ginger and onion pieces and frythem for five min. Later add cauliflower , mirch and green beens fry them ten more min. Add salt and chilli powder and mix well. Sprinkle coriander on top of it. ITS REALLY TASTE WITH RICE. |

| Cauliflower - 1 Medium size Onions - 2 Mirch - 2 Salt - as required Ginger - Finely Chopped 1 tsp Chilli powder - 1 tsp Green beens - few. Oil -3 Tsp vegetable oil. |
