CARROT CURRY
COOKING PROCESS
INGREDIENTS
Peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces.
Chop the onions into small pieces.
Cut the mirch .
Take a pan and pour someoil.
When it heats ,add mustard,asafotida,red mirch and curry leaves and green beens.
When it splutter add onions and fry them for 5 min.
Later add carrot pieces and let them fry for 10 min.
After add salt,chilli powder and sugar.
Mix well properly.
Thats it.
Carrots - 4
Onions - 2
Mirch - 2
Sugar - 2 tsp
Salt -as required
Chilli powder - 1tsp
Green beens - few
