2 pkg. deli sliced beef (3 slices per tortilla) 2 8oz packages cream cheese, softened 1 bunch green onions, sliced 2 can green chiles, chopped with juice 1 lg can black olives, drained (optional) 1 lg package (10) tortilla shells
