2 large packages of cream cheese, softened 1 can crushes pineapple, drained 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper 2 teaspoons finely chopped green onion 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups chopped pecan
Preparations:
Beat the cream cheese with a fork until smooth. Mix in 1 cup of pecans along with the rest of the ingredients. Shape into a ball and roll in remaining pecans to coat.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in fridge for at least 4 hours....Serve with your favorite snack crackers.
