1/4 cup margarine or butter 1/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp dry mustard 2 cups milk 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 cup cubed ham 6 hard cooked eggs, chopped 4 English muffins, halved and toasted
Preparations:
In a 1.5 casserole dish in microwave, melt margarine or butter on high for 1 minute. Blend in flour and dry mustard. Stir in milk. Microwave, covered on high for 4-6 minutes until thick. Stirring occasionally. Beat and whish until smooth. Add Worcestershire sauce and cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute until the cheese melts. Mix in ham and eggs. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes on high until hot and bubbly. Serve over English muffins.
