Crock Pot Beef Stew

Ingredients:

2 pounds stew beef
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced in med size chunks
5 carrots, sliced
1/2 large onion chopped
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 (28oz) can tomatoes
1/2 cup quick cooking tapioca
2 bay leaves

Preparations:

Put all ingredients together a crock pot. Mix thoroughly. Cover. Cook on low 10-12 hours or high for 5-6 hours.
