20 cherry tomatoes 1 pound of bacon 1/2 cup miracle whip 3 tablespoons fresh grated Parmesan cheese 1/3 cup chopped green onion 2 tablespoons parsely
Preparations:
Prepare bacon until crisp, drain on paper towel until completely cool. Mix miracle whip, parmesan cheese, green onions and parsely. Crush the bacon and add to mixture. For best flavor let sit over night in the refrigerator or at least two hours, so full flavor can be experienced. Core tomatoes and use a 1/4 teaspoon to scoop out the insides. Stuff the cherry tomatoes no sooner then an hour prior to being served.
