Ingredients
4 ozs. castor sugar 8 ozs. margarine 12 ozs. S.R. Flour
1 egg 1/4 lemon juice stewed apple

Method
Cream butter & sugar, add flour & egg, & juice, pinch salt. Roll out.
Put over cooked apple in dish & cook in mod oven for 45 mins.
