HOME-MADE ICECREAM



Frenchman's Cap




Ingredients
4 tablespoons Sunshine full-cream powdered milk
1&1/2 tablsps sugar 1 teasp. gelatine 2 cups warm water

Method
Dissolve gelatine in 1/2 cup of warm water and add to rest of ingredients and beat for 1 minute. Pour into icecream tray and just freeze until the mixture has frozen around the edges. Place into bowl and add vanilla essence to taste and beat until mixture has doubled in volume. Place back into freezer to freeze.
