5 Tbsps tahini
2 Tbsps tamari
5 Tbsps water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
some zucchini (half a smallish zucchini for 1 sandwich)
1 green onion
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
For the dressing part: Blend tahini, tamari, water, and lemon juice.
For the sandwich part: Chop zucchini into thing rings. Chop a whole green onion. Saute zucchini and onion in olive oil. Add balsamic vinegar. After approx. 5 minutes, put on your bread. Spread bread with the dressing.
