Enchilada Tomato Sauce


For use in Enchiladas recipe.

Sauté together:
2 Tbsps oil
1 cup onion, diced
7 cloves garlic, minced


When onions are transparent, add:
3 (15-oz.) cans of tomato sauce
3.5 cups water
1/2 cup chili powder
1 Tbsps cumin powder
2 tsps salt


Simmer for half an hour.
